"I had scheduled a tour at the St John’s location 6 weeks prior to the day. My husband, son and I show up at our time and no one is at the site. I call multiple times as the doors are locked. No one is in the building or answering phone calls. It was pretty frustrating and disruptive to our day as we had taken time to plan accordingly to make it to the daycare tour on time etc.,. I left 3 voicemails and never received a call back. What if my son attended the daycare and there was a family emergency?!? Finally today I was able to reach them, and they did not seem too upset or apologetic at all. They reported they were closed the day of our tour, and the website “should have blocked off that day”. Apparently the employee I talked to, “checks the voicemail all the time and “is not sure how she missed it. Oops.” Wow, very surprising to have such bad customer service at a daycare. Do not send your kids here! I would be very worried if ever something went wrong and they really had some issues to worry about!"

"Scheduled a 10am tour of the St. John's location via the website over a month ago, including a calendar invite/confirmation. We woke our child up early from a nap to go to the tour, we drive over and waited 15 minutes outside of an empty building. Nobody answers the phone at this OR the Sellwood location, and we haven't received a call-back as to what happened."

"We love UDT! After part-time nanny care, my kiddo started here at 1.5 years old and his teachers were incredible with that transition which was tough at first. He’s now 3 and thrives there. He’s excited about school, talks about his friends and teachers all the time, and is constantly singing songs he learns there. His teachers really love and care for him and the other kiddos and always seem to be having such a great time. And, of course, his Spanish is coming along well!"

"We brought our 5 year old here when she was 2 1/2. We knew immediately after meeting Karla that this would be a good fit, and we have never looked back. Our kiddo’s experience has been filled each day with beautiful art and music, enriching and age-appropriate academics, outdoor and indoor play, exposure to complex social themes and language, and SO MUCH LOVE. I have never doubted the staff for an instant, and I know that I am placing the life of my child in their hands. They are so sweet to her, they nurture her, and they do so in a way that is authentic to who they each are and to their collective culture. As we round the bend on our third and final year at UDT, we are both filled with gratitude for everything they have given our little one (and our whole family), and a bit crushed that we have to say goodbye at all. My advice? Jump at the opportunity to get on board if you get a chance. The ladies here change lives."

"We love Uno Dos Tres! The teachers are sweet, kind, caring and attentive to our little one. The curriculum is engaging and promotes lots of hands-on active learning. I love that my child is learning in a dual language environment and is exposed to new things. We have been there 3 days a week for over a year now and don’t know what we’d do without the supportive routine & activity. Our son’s learning, language, and social interaction has been positively influenced by being a part of the Uno Dos Tres familia!"
