"Friendly at first. I get out of the fitting room and the lady calls me “Jessica” which my name is right on the door. I was going to tell them that I needed to go, but they just started talking and completely ignored me. I left and now I will never come back (maybe to at least this location)."

"Super friendly staff, great location. They recently moved to a new space in the mall and it is really amazing. The store is well designed and feels pretty high end. The quality of their clothing is simply unmatched. I almost exclusively shop here for workout clothing and have started recently buying everyday wear as it’s comfortable and breathable as well. Highly recommend this location!"

"This store is very good. They hired many people to help you out. So it seems like you were bumping into salesperson everywhere you turn. But that was fine cuz they got a lot of help but the products that we were trying to find. Seems that the people they hired really like lulimon seeing if they just started working there. "Lululemon just lost a long time customer. The sales staff and customer support is beyond horrible. The lady at entrance seemed like she was forced to stand and greet people with most unpleasant face to start with. I came to the new store knowing what I was buying. I wanted to try the pants before I order online, hence the store visit. The sales lady just straight ignored initially and then walked pass me as if I was not there. She gave a look as if she was doing me a favor selling something to me. Overall, I would not recommend this Lululemon store to anyone. The unhelpful staff alone makes for a frustrating and unpleasant shopping experience."

"Lululemon Athletica has a great location at Washington Square. It is easily ADA accessible and the store associates are welcoming and ready to help you find what you are looking to wear. The store is very clean and the associates make sure it does not get crowded. Curbside pick up is also available. This Canadian brand of high end athletic wear looks nice, fits wells and makes sweating more comfortable while working out."
