"This store deserves a 1-star experience, from a nightmare involving trying to replace my broken copy of Metroid Prime: Remastered (GameStop delivered a broken copy of the game to me initially), but Rose from that store eventually was super helpful and nice, and is the only redeeming thing about this company in my last 3 years of being a customer. The online order was completely screwed up, they charged me twice, and started a return order without my consent. The other day Rose called me, set aside a copy just for me, and then when I came in to swap out the game, she not only replaced it but canceled the glitched 2 transactions that GameStop customer support had screwed up. So she alone is the reason this is not a 1-star review. She should be promoted or given a raise."

"I went in to replace some joycons. I had no problem getting them changed out. Was greeted when i came in. (and the gentleman was helping someone else.) While he was helping me, he greeted other costumers. I didn't feel like i was being rushed to finish my purchase. Overall great experience."
