"Updated Review: A few days after I left my review, I was contacted directly from Kevin and Nick who are the owner of Southbound and manager of the Bremerton location. They were very professional, took responsibility for the work and were apologetic of my situation. They offered me a full refund and also made sure my fork cap was on order, they did everything within their power to expedite the shipping process. Even though I did not have a great experience with the service department I did appreciate the way management handled my situation. I do believe that Kevin and Nick take pride in their stores and will use my experience to better their service department. I have adjusted my rating to reflect their handling of my situation. Original Review: I made an appointment 2 months in advance to get my forks serviced and valves checked, other than the scheduled preventative maintenance my bike operated fine. I was told my bike would be in the shop two days and it ended up taking 7 weeks to get my bike back. They charged me the full estimate cost for adjusting valves even though all my valve clearances were “within spec”. They scratched my fork cap during install and the part is backordered with no foreseeable timeframe on when it will be available. They also installed my valve cover gasket incorrectly which caused an oil leak while I was riding the bike home. They did come and pick up my bike but then they put me in the back of the line and made me wait an additional 2 weeks to fix the gasket. I was not contacted one time to give me a update on the status. Once I received the bike the second time they didn’t even clean all of the oil off of my bike!"
