"I go to this store all the time and I've never noticed boxes piled up or merchandise falling off the shelves. And I've never waited more than 10 minutes to get checked out. There's always employees wandering about so I have no idea what these one and two star reviews are talking about. Expecting a store to be pristine 24/7 is just unrealistic, y'all are pretending to care about employees but your photographing them without permission and shaming them for not immediately cleaning while customers are waiting in line. Grow up, this is isn't Walmart, they don't have 2 dozen employees working there at any given time, cut them some slack."

"I love this place, and I love the employees, as I visit here, a lot, but, unfortunately, you're going to find the same shortcomings you find at any company, where they're trying to stretch their overhead, as far as they can, and pay their employees as little, as possible. All the employees work hard and do the best they can and I have no complaints about any of them. They deserve more pay for their job, though. As do a lot of people these days."

"Sunday night might not be a good time to visit this store, or maybe it is trashed out like this all the time. This was my first visit here. Merchandise was strewed about on the floor on nearly every aisle. Boxes waiting to be unpacked (I'm presuming) were everywhere I looked. Parking lot icky. Someone was working on a car. Oil puddles. I quickly left without buying anything. I'm at a loss with all the four or five star ratings for this place."
