"I have been picking up prescriptions here since probably 2006 and it was always great (Jim and Jen were the best). Now it's not so great. Changing hours, closed on weekends, not being able to get through on the phone. It's so frustrating. I love this store and want things to be like they used to be. Do better!"

"Over 45 min on wait on the phone, gaps in RX fills, Up to 2 days wait on a single RX fill. Complete incompetence, DO NOT go here."

"This is painful because I love my local Walgreens, have been using it for over 20 years until today. I have particular medicine that needs to be ordered, I submit my request 2-4 days in advance so it's ready on my pickup day, 55% of the time it's not and they act like they're doing me a favor by dispensing a couple and making me come back. My current prescription was ordered in the morning June 29 for a pickup of Monday. So the new thing is they flip through incoming but do ZERO work until the afternoon of the pickup day and here we are July 5, still waiting......oh and if I ask, yikes like they're doing me a favor. This is a migraine medicine so it has some codeine but it's not ok to treat someone like this because they can. Jen and Jim (former pharmacist) I really miss you"

"Love 303 Walgreens, there Never a time where you can enter that establishment without being greeted by someone. It's always clean, organized and easy to find things, although, if you even look confused or circling .. they are on top of asking if you need any help. I joke, I kid, I play... And mimic, but I can hear the little old, white hair ladies voice now, hello, welcome to Walgreens.... Lol Ps way different experience than if u go to Kitsap way Walgreens, where everything is locked up, rarely greeted and always out of alot of inventory. (Maybe just my experience)"

"Staff is good but the pharmacy is absolute trash when it comes to understanding and having a sense of sympathy for their patients receiving prescriptions. For trans folks, I'd advise elsewhere to receive prescriptions. The pharmacists need to have a better grasp at not being so cold and then hanging up."
