"SOAP is GREAT, as another reviewer wrote 6 months ago. My iPhone 12 was not charging, and Soap patiently and expertly cleaned all the cookie crumbs, etc. out of the charging port. He confirmed my hunch that it's the last few milimeters in the port where the contacts need to mate with the charging cord. If you can't get the cord tip all the way in, you don't get reliable charging. Thank you, Soap."

"A few months ago I had the pleasure of walking into this store and being helped by Soap. HE WAS AMAZING!! We needed several things done (transferring and consolidating 4 phones, 2 tablets, and a watch from 3 different carriers in 2 different states, a couple upgrades, etc) and he went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect, up to and including making sure that one of our boys in Texas got his service transferred and that it was working properly. He didn't need to be told things more than once - he would ask a question and he wrote down the answers to keep everything straight. He knew what was happening band kept us informed during the entire process. Then, his manager (or coworker, I'm not sure) gave us waters and even brought out boxes of muffins in case we got hungry. We left with everything transferred, working perfectly, full bellies, and they even gave us a bunch of swag. This was the best experience and I highly recommend this store to everyone!
