"Placed an order that they stated would ship within 2 business days. It shipped 4 business days later. Customer service is worthless. When I called to ask what the delay was, I never received a reply. You can go to their store (LFS Marine) in Bellingham if you happen to be there and are willing to pay a substantially higher price. They are not even willing to match thier open online prices. I will continue to order from one of the biggest east coast companies."

"I purchased a Dickinson Marine, Newport Propane (LPG) Heater P9000 and they sent me a Newport Bulkhead Mount Diesel Heater, a completely different item! I became aware of the problem too late as it took me a long time to ready the vessel it was intended to. When I warned go2marine of the problem they completely eluded responsibility claiming that had been "bought out by another company" and suggested that I should "sell this to another local boater, or tiny house person." I offered to return the untouched item at my expense but made no difference. Not a trustworthy/responsible service."
