"First time visiting The Hub! I broke a spoke on my gravel bike so I took the opportunity to see about replacing the rear wheel with a better alternative. I know they could have replaced the spoke but I'd likely just break one again with the way I ride. They had a used wheel in stock that was in nearly new condition and it was a beefier wheel with a better hub than the one I damaged! I don't know much about hub spacing and the like which is also why I didn't order one online, I wanted to make sure whatever I got would fit my bike. I was told the wheel would fit and chose to trust them. Upon swapping the cassette, brake rotor and tire onto the new rim, my gravel bike is back in action, better than before. All thanks to The Bub!"
