"My wife came in to get ring cleaned and inspected, as part of lifetime insurance warranty offered by FM. Associate refused to look up her warranty, checked the ring and gave her a note of inspection completed without any other details - basically this not can be applied to any ring? No identifies like a policy number? Very rude and not pleasant."

"Went in to buy. Stood at the counter for 5 mins, no one even acknowledged me. I finally went up to someone and asked for help. They where not very friendly. After making the purchase and waiting for it to be ordered to the store, I went to go pick it up with my kids. Both employees were busy, so i waited patiently with my kids. As I was waiting someone else came in and was looking in the cases and when one finished with a potential customer, they skipped over me and went to help them. I waited another 10 mins. This whole experice left A LOT to be desired. I will not be returning as a customer. Absolutely appalled at my whole experience."

"Please save yourself time and money and don’t shop at Fred Meyers Jeweler My husband purchased a pearl ring for me in December of 2021. He wanted to purchase insurance on the ring but Fred Meyers will not guarantee pearls. It was not until March that I was able to have the ring sized and began wearing it. Within 4 months of wearing my pearl in the ring had broken. In August of 2021 I returned the ring. Since that time I have been in many many conversations with staff at Fred Meyers including customer relations. They will fix it but it will cost more than a brand new pearl ring. I am truly saddened by this entire experience. If you want a jeweler that will stand behind their product do not go to Fred Meyers Jewelers."
