"We won't be going back. The office was sterile, there was nothing there for kids to play with in the waiting room or the exam rooms. Dr Jhaveri was cold and uninterested in me and my kids (he never even introduced himself). He just swept in like a robot to give an exam and then made some recommendations for vaccines and left. No room for discussion or questions. And I think the entire time he was in there, even when examining my daughter, he never even really tried to talk to her or smile or ease her discomfort at all. This is not the kind of care I am looking for."
