"I had to have my first ever MRI this morning and I was incredibly nervous going in. I have some anxiety which did not help (and I didn't think I was claustrophobic, but I definitely did not love that MRI machine lol)!! However - Joel, the technologist performing the MRI, was so amazing. He was professional, helpful, and incredibly caring. He explained understand the process, helped me get as comfortable as I could, and without his amazing care I don't think I could have gotten through the MRI without completely chickening out! He said he has worked at the Edmonds location for 21 years and it's clear that he is an absolute expert at what he does. I am super thankful I got to have my first MRI with him as the technologist. I highly recommend Joel and this location!!"

"I had to call several times because the doctor hadn't sent the orders. Shannah was so helpful, she finally called the doctor's office herself and got them moving. The next day I was able to book my husband's appointment and the person I talked to that day was super nice."

"The scheduling staff was very unprofessional and rude. Extremely uncaring to the point that I was not going to take a chance on the quality of care I might receive from the technicians. When a patient calls to schedule an appointment they are usually a bit worried about what is wrong with their body and they certainly don't need this kind of treatment from a scheduler."

"Took our son for imaging. The entire staff was extremely courteous and professional. Their overall system is digital via mychart portal and works great to share X-rays with Drs. The wait time wasn’t bad and walkins for xrays is great."

"Yesterday I went for an early OB ultrasound , called less then 14 weeks. The front desk very nice. Professional. However I was greeted by a young lady she was a student, I said I would like someone with more experience or you have some in the room with you the whole time. She said she wasn't going to do that. I felt pressured tp do the ultra even though I asked for someone to be with her. During the ultrasound she treated me not like a person but as Mankin or procedure. She would not explain anything what she was looking at or turn on the monitor and I asked several times. During the second part someone came in to observe. She didn't introduce herself at all. I asked again can you turn on the monitor so I can see too. She said no, I asked can you at least explain vwhat you are looking at? She said no. Thru both treated me terrible. I was crying from anxiety not once did the care or give me a tissue. After they got done doing it , the other lady said well there no baby just the sac. Either you are no longer pregnant or your too early to be here. If you didn't keep track of your cycle it's your fault and this whst happens. So there's your two things either no baby anymore or you cane in to early. Get dressed and you can go. I did report it. I was so upset I did not back to work. Lucky my OB called and said don't worry about the scan I am not too concerned at all it's early. Let's do it again in 2 weeks and ho from there. I won't be going back to that location. I do want to say the clinic manager did his best to make it right and, he going to give me a follow up call by Thursday."
