Swedish Radia Imaging Center at Edmonds

"I cannot say enough good things about the staff here. I had an MRI done a few weeks back at a different place and they took images of the wrong part of the spine. It is the end of the year and my insurance was getting ready to reset; every place I called was booked out until next year. On top of that, I had a scheduled appointment with a specialist to review the wrong images in a few days. Swedish Radia was able to get me in within a week, right before my specialist visit, and before the end of the year. Thank you to all the staff and especially Brenda. You guys are rockstars!!"

"I have had an MRI and CT scan at this office and both times it went smoothly and the process was easy. Staff is helpful. I am especially grateful for the lady that helped me today. I wish I would have gotten her name. I am a very hard stick so getting IVs are always a painful experience for me and end up having to get stuck in multiple places. She found my vein and only had to stick me once and it wasn’t painful at all. I was shocked and so relieved. Made my experience that much better. Thank you for being amazing!"

"This place is a joke. 2 weeks ago I was called to schedule an appointment via referral from my primary care, the day before my appointment (less than their 24 hour cancellation allows for, of course) I am called with a possible insurance issue. The lady who called me refused to tell me what my potential out of pocket cost would be, instead telling me that “her day has been hard” because I got frustrated. She hung up on me. 0/10, your health means nothing to the front desk at this place and that is enough for me to leave a negative review."

"I recently had to go through an MRI at Radia in Edmonds, I was extremely pleased with the service I received. The check in process was really smooth, I was promptly taken back to change a few minutes before my appointment time. The lady who performed my IV did a phenomenal job and the gentleman who was doing the MRI was very nice and eased my fears. Having to have any medical procedure is always a bit nerve wracking but each person I encountered at Radia made me feel at ease. I will definitely be returning here for any future imaging needs."
