Their ability to balance professionalism and casual interaction always made me feel like no question or concern was inconvenient or silly. Things that weren't within their purview they took the time to provide me with contacts that had the ability to assist me in my other health concerns outside of PreP. With as many doctors as they have in rotation and the amount of patients they see. they are amazing at recalling the details of our previous conversations and really made me feel like I wasn't the only one who cared about what was going to happen to me. It's silly to say, but for over 5 years I felt like I was visiting friends at each appt."

Called at 4pm to check why they haven't called or anything regarding my medication and said will have ready and once ready will call/send message. Didn't receive anything and by the time I realized they already closed. I needed my medicine today before my flight and now I can't get it. Thank you for nothing. Shame on you. Never again."
