"Made an appointment online for a vaccine, showed up and posted signs directed me to the wrong place, eventually I was told no immunizer was present via this hand drawn sign. I had no idea it was possible to run a pharmacy this poorly."

"This CVS location is amazing!! They have a constant flow of people for prescriptions and vaccines, and they still take the time to treat you with respect and kindness and go above and beyond to help you however they can. I was having a hard time getting a vaccine scheduled online, so they let me wait to see if anyone cancelled their spot for the day. The pharmacist literally stayed past her shift to make sure everyone was accommodated and was even kind enough to fit me in. The tech here is also amazing and so efficient and on top of things. This is a team of awesome people who are doing so much for our community. THANK YOU Lower Queen Anne CVS!! You all are complete rockstars!"

"I came in for a COVID booster and flu shot for which I had booked an appointment. I was informed that they didn't have any stock as they used them for walk-ins. I never received any cancellation notices either. Waste of time and effort in going there"
