"Siham was very helpful tonight! (Apologies if I read the name tag wrong, I hope I got her name right.) Due to my own poor planning and mistake I showed up 10 minutes before the pharmacy close and apparently I hadn’t noticed that my prescription hadn’t been refilled automatically like I thought. Siham suggested coming in the next day, I told her I could just do with an couple days emergency supply of the meds and she was able to get the pharmacist there to fill it for me before they closed up for the night. Thanks so much to both of them! My apologies again for the mistake, thanks for making my life so much easier when I know you really all just wanted to get out of there (not that their attitude showed that, everyone was so friendly.)"

"Do NOT transfer your prescriptions to this pharmacy. Their communication leaves a LOT to be desired. I had to call them days after my doctor sent my prescription to find out why it hadn't been refilled. They said they were out of stock and apologized for not communicating with me and that it would be a few days before it would arrive. I could refill at another Safeway if I could get another prescription from my doctor."

"This pharmacy has been great! There text notification and refill system makes them especially responsive when orders are ready or coming due. I switched a few years ago when Bartell’s started failing. Thank you Safeway pharmacy team!"

It is both baffling and worrying that a pharmacy would deny filling a prescription without providing a valid explanation. The health and well-being of customers should be the utmost priority for any reputable pharmacy, and denying necessary medications without valid justification is unacceptable. Based on my experiences, I strongly advise against entrusting your health and well-being to Safeway pharmacy. The slow service, unprofessional conduct, and arbitrary refusal to fill prescriptions demonstrate a lack of commitment to customer care and safety. It is important to find a pharmacy that values its customers and places their health as a top priority. I highly recommend exploring alternative options where you can receive the quality service and care that you deserve. Your health should never be compromised due to the inefficiencies and unprofessionalism of a pharmacy."

"I've given this pharmacy 3 months to do their job, and each month they've Failed by: 1. Losing my prescription in their own system 2. Failing to fill on time/refill date 3. Requiring me to come in at the time stated pickup is ready only to find out its not and have to 4. Wait an additional 20 to 30 minutes for my meds. WORST PHARMACY!!!! DO NOT USE!!!"
