"I have come here sometimes for services, and I have received them. My review is more on their staff’s behavior. I have given them respect, and I have not been treated in the same manner. Some of the techs I encountered did not show any professionalism and were rude to me at the counter. During my last visit, there was a lack of cleanliness in their waiting area as I went to sit down and when I stood up, there was a white stain on the back of my jacket from something stuck to the seat. Customers should not have to experience that. I would not come back unless they hire people who practice the golden rule and remember to clean up any messes in their area of the store."

"I no longer live in the area, yet I keep my prescriptions at M Street. I am always asked, “Why do you go to the UnSafeway?” Customer service. The techs are alway friendly and the pharmacists are extremely helpful. If you treat them with the respect they deserve, they are the nicest team around. They will help you to stay current on your medications and readily share the info with you. The experience with them is so much better than any of the big box pharmacies."

"The pharma manager is quite nice and kind to us. The immunization price is quite high compared to Seattle stores. I paid $33 for a flu shot while I only got less than that in Seattle. I thought Tacoma prices are cheaper than Seattle. Overall, the experience was normal and cordial."

"I almost don’t want to give a review bc this is my little hidden gem lol. I have a family of 5, and we have used so many different pharmacies...this one by far is the best! The staff is so knowledgeable and so helpful. If they don’t have a prescription you need, they will order it and have it ready for pick up the next day. They are patient, and explain/recommend products, even alternatives to pricey medications. They really care about their customers and that is so rare these days! Paras is my absolute fav staff member! Him alone earns this pharmacy a 5 star review in my opinion! Keep up the great work."

"May grandson had a near fatal accident, in fact he was pronounced dead at the scene, but resuscitated in the ambulance. We live in Yakima, and got to Tacoma General as quickly as possible. In addition, a few days later my brother passed away there. We met with his daughters for dinner as a celebration of his life. I had all my medications in my car because I planned on spending the night in ICU helping nurse my grandson. Thieves broke in, stole my backpack which included all my insulin and blood pressure meds. I contacted insurance, but got nothing but denial. When I contacted this pharmacy, they went above and beyond, phone calling, faxing etc to relieve the burden and make it happen. Where they couldn’t provide they got us to Kaiser, and Bartel to get refills. Can’t say enough how much I appreciated the compassion, support, and service of this staff. I can’t thank you enough Paras, Sandra and Crystal. It is people like you that this a good world. Gary Campbell"
