"Pharmacist Lynn is so incredibly mean and rude. She was nice at first but then there was a small misunderstanding...one I had no problem taking the blame for, paying double and apologizing. After that she started charging me way more than before...she quoted one price then increased it by 30% and lied saying it was always that price. Everyone else is very nice. Her husband even promised to correct an error made by the doctor on the frequency of my dosage but then when the doctor sent the new script like the husband told me to have him do...she refused to fix it saying her husband cannot make those kinds of promises. The only reason that I even picked up the precription when it was wrong is because she made me pay over the phone in advance before I could get it filled..then I had no choice because it was already done. She lied about prescriptions...saying she cannot do any corrections and that it's illegal. That is not true...I have had plenty of pharmacies correct prescriptions. Horrible woman...really mean and bitter. I don't know what to do because it's the only pharmacy that carries my specialty medicine but she is so mean I feel like she may put something in the medication to hurt me (not exagerating). The last conversation I had with her left me in tears. I wish there was somewhrre else I could go. I have a small baby and depend on my medication to be able to walk and function for my daughter. I guess this is what happens when people have too much power. If you can avoid this place...I would. I don't even do reviews...even when I have a bad experience...I just don't go back but this is a really horrible, exhausting, dehumanizing and depressing experience. I hope no one else has to go through this."

"After using "Key Compounding Pharmacy" in Des Moines (now Federal Way), I wish I had known about "Compounding Solutions Pharmacy" . I recently had to have a prescription made up for my elderly kitty who suffers from hyperthyroidism. Due to an oral cancer, it was recommended that applying a topical medication to the ear would be easier than swallowing a pill. After making a useless 40 mile round trip to Federal Way and discovering they could not even do it that day, I returned home and found "Compounding Solutions" in North Seattle. (not Tacoma) When I first spoke with Debbie (owner / pharmacist), she was very easy to talk to and was able to make this medication the same day; for over $20.00 less than Key Compounding pharmacy. After giving her my debit card info by phone, she offered to mail it at no charge. How great is that? I received it two days later packaged beautifully with a nice note and other information. I recommended her to the new owners of my Rainier Veterinary Hospital, who I have had a long relationship with, and they were glad to hear about my positive experience. All in all, Debbie is the greatest!!! She also gladly answered health questions pertaining to myself. I am looking forward to doing business with "Compounding Solutions" when the need arises."
