"My recent visit to Safeway pharmacy left me deeply disappointed. My girlfriend and I arrived with the understanding that there would be a 10-minute wait, but to our surprise, we waited for a full 20 minutes before receiving any assistance. When we approached the staff to inquire about the delay, their response was far from accommodating. They informed us that it would take an additional 30 minutes due to an influx of other customers, yet we couldn’t help but notice that they were attending to newcomers before addressing our concerns. The most distressing aspect of this experience was the staff’s disrespectful behavior. Their dismissive attitude and failure to acknowledge our time and frustration was disheartening. The situation escalated to the point where my girlfriend was reduced to tears due to their insensitive treatment. Such a negative encounter at Safeway pharmacy was truly unexpected, and it has left a lasting impression. Customer service of this caliber is far below what should be expected. I sincerely hope for improved service in the future for the benefit of all customers. Thanks Ray !"

"it is better that no one gets sick and no medicine is needed, but if you need to buy medicine, then know that this pharmacy has very good and professional staff. the main pharmacists are very good doctors and responsible who know their business and explain everything and advise ready. I would especially like to mention a very attractive and very beautiful girl, if I'm not mistaken her name is Sarah. from her smile you will immediately be healed and you will forget all the problems. she is always very happy, with a concept, quickly and politely serves. Thank you very much and I wish her success and the same beautiful life as she is. for more of these guys and I think then life would be great."

"This place is a joke. Came to pick up my RX and saw a sign that said out to lunch from 1:30-2:00 pm but it was 5 min after 2 and they weren’t open. I stood there for 15min and then noticed a piece of paper with really small print not even close to the window or the waiting line. It said closed today and had the address of a different pharmacy several miles away. I would have been waiting longer if I hadn’t noticed the sign. They never even took down there out to lunch sign. Anyway I called the other pharmacy and since my RX had already been filled at this pharmacy they couldn’t help me. No notification that they were closed and I still got the text message this same day saying my RX was ready for pickup. I’ve had issues with this particular Safeway pharmacy before but this is the last straw I’m done with this place and this Safeway as well. Don’t even get me started on the the problems with the store. Just know the door next to the handicap parking is locked shut and they only have one entrance open cutting down the accessible handicap parking spaces in half which violates the federal accessibility act."

"I came in for a booster and was told I needed an appointment. Made an appointment and was told they were all out. Made an appointment again, this time as early as possible, and was told they didn't have anyone there who could do it. They told me to call back after 3:00. Called after 3:00 and no one picked up so I left a message with my phone number. No one called me back. This pharmacy is such a joke. No communication whatsoever and I get the impression they really don't care."
