Walmart Pharmacy

"It is with great disappointment that I must report an incident involving Penny(Amanda Kyle) a pharmacist who has demonstrated a concerning level of racism. Despite having received the same medication from her establishment for the past 10 months, Penny refused to refill my prescription and even went so far as to delete my medication and refill history from my account. Adding insult to injury, she had the audacity to send a prior authorization too address the issue on a Sunday evening. When I reached out to inquire about the situation, Penny was unresponsive and unhelpful, stating that nothing was processing for me at that time. This behavior is unacceptable and goes against the principles of professionalism and respect that should be upheld in the medical field. It is imperative that all individuals, regardless of their race or ethnicity, receive equal and fair treatment when seeking medical care. I urge the establishment to take appropriate action to address this issue and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future."

"I switched to Walmart pharmacy after finding their prices are lower and because you can have them bring it to your car. They can fill any Walmart pharmacy prescription- it's not limited to any Walmart store. They can text you to tell you when your prescription is ready. At this store their 'curbside pickup' is similar to a drive-in bank teller chute system, that works well. You don't have to get out of your car! Two teller pickup terminals are on the east side of the store building."

"This pharmacy has it together. I've lived as a quadriplegic for over 25 years now and have had the same 3 prescriptions, in the same dosage, for that entirety. I can definitively say not all pharmacies are created equal when it comes to customer service. This holds true with Walmart pharmacies as well. This particular Walmart pharmacy is great. I've never had any issues with these folks. They are consistently done with refills a day in advance of what's projected online. I'm almost always impressed with their speediness, communication, and how easy they are to deal with. As stated earlier, this does not hold true with all Walmart pharmacies. The Battle Ground Walmart is actually closer to me, but I prefer to use them as an absolute last resort. I've had countless issues with the Battle Ground pharmacy location. From what I hear, I'm not the only one. I wish they had it together like the one in Orchards! Keep it up Orchards crew, you're doing a great job!"

"Tahir is a poor excuse of a pharmacist! My daughter has been having her prescription filled at the Walmart pharmacy in 104th for about 3 and a half years. Her provider gives us 3 prescriptions at a time and labels them 1, 2, 3. This has never been a problem at the pharmacy until today when the pharmacist told me that the prescription needs to contain an end date. I told him "how am I to know this unless you tell me that this is information you need? " He said "that all these years they have made an exception until today, but he said that he will no longer do that because I made a bad review." He said I always deliver the prescription near their lunch time on a weekend and that is inconvenient for him. This is nothing more than a case of retaliation because of a review."
