"My opinion is the pharmacy staff works very hard at this location. However, it is also my opinion that they are, and have been under staffed since I started having my prescriptions sent here roughly a year ago due to insurance changes. The wait is usually on par with other pharmacies if you call ahead, and have the order started (this call is in addition to the call/prescription order your provider sends). I will say there are always at least 2 people ahead of me everytime I go which can result in standing there for a minimum of 10 minutes (max 30 if your rx is ready). I think this is due to only having one pharmacy technician/one register open at a time. This is a busy location. The pharmacy manger has helped me out a couple times with sorting out my state insurance, so I could get my medicine on time which was very impressive to me (that he took the additional time & effort to help). The only other thing I'll add is they have been out of my medication several times, but it always comes in before what they gave me runs out, so I'm grateful."
"Using this pharmacy on a regular basis is like being in an emotionally abusive relationship. There are some good aspects, like the pharmacists being decent. But some of the other staff have the empathy and communication skills of a damp sock. And their online system is an absolute nightmare lacking the most basic features necessary. If there's any sort of delay they won't actually tell you anything is wrong. When you call in to ask why your Rx hasn't processed yet, the act like it's your fault no matter the reason and offer zero alternatives. Once they needed something from my insurance before my medication could be processed, and the person on the phone flat out refused to follow up with my insurance. I had to track down the right people to talk to, myself. It turned out the pharmacy hadn't even sent the request to the insurance in the first place. And in their online system it will just say the order couldn't be processed, giving zero indication of whether it's insurance, their stock, something from the doctor, or some other reason. There's a dozen other pharmacies in the area. Go literally anywhere else unless you want to be scolded over the phone with an old woman basically saying "What do you expect me to do about it?""
"Every time we collect medication we queue for at least 30 mins. It is never already prepared even when I called a head so there is a further wait. They need either to be better organised or they are short staffed. They are not even apologetic- I’d be embarrassed about the poor service but they don’t seem to care.Very rude and unhelpful when answering phone, old lady on phone and in person makes you feel like a naughty school child for having accent.on my last visit the pharmacist rolled her eyes, tutted, and made me to repeat my daughter’s birthday 3 times even when I was showing her the number with my fingers she still looked at me disgusted I never felt so shame.all I wanted to get my 4 months old sick baby medication. Absolutely disgusting service, we all have bad days but wow. Will not be using this place ever again and certainly will not be recommending it to anybody."
"The actual pharmacist thinks it’s ok to scream at my wife. My wife who was simply asking for an estimate on the wait time for a medication. A medication for our toddler. The reasoning was because they are short staffed on a three day weekend. My wife was first told 30 min. Then 1 hr after waiting those 30 min. Then 2 hrs after the screaming from the pharmacist. We can only deduce that the time estimates that were given were arbitrary or retaliatory. It is apparent that the pharmacist does not work well under pressure. A terrible quality for someone who has the power to provide medication. A medical professional should treat others better."
"Friendly and helpful staff, they always take the time to answer all your questions in person or over the phone. It’s also nice to have Pharmacy staff who knows you and your family. Sometimes the wait can be long but that’s because they are giving each person individual attention."
