"I was patiently waiting in line for over 10 minutes for medication prescribed by my dentist(it was busy, understandably..), clearly in pain and just wanting some relief, I was disrespectfully and rudly denied the "piece of paper" prescription that my dentist gave me... When I anxiously and surprisingly said that a "piece of paper" copy has been accepted by every other Walgreens I've been to, the pharmacy clerk annoyingly took it to a pharmacist and got clearance to accept my prescription.. Without an apology or explanation, the clerk came back to me and process my prescription, telling me with an attitude to come back later for it without any info... I understand the struggle and annoyance in her field of work right now, but this below-satisfactory experience is extremely unacceptable and doesn't help patients/customers try to have ANY sympathy for the workers."
"Why this pharmacy has to close midday for what I’m assuming is lunches is ridiculous. Here’s a thought stagger lunches you need more people there anyway because you have to wait FOREVER to pick up or refill a prescription. I wish Walgreens had standards for there pharmacy’s because this one is terrible."
"I called as my husband had missed getting medication for our 14 year old dog. Which of course doesn't make me happy, but I understand. I called Walgreens to see if the medication was still there to grab, apparently it had been put away because of lack of pick up. Again I understand, I asked if we could get the medication today instead of her time of tomorrow and the woman on the phone said well maybe but you did not pick it up, so I will have to see what I can do. I said Please- if I could wait I would never have asked because I know it can put pressure on the staff. She continued to make me feel awful, refused to tell me if they could actually fill it. I see from both sides, but Rebecca had very little compassion and continued to ask if I would get a text instead of just stating we can have it done by closing. This conversation was short, I would never allow my team to act so nonchalantly with anyone. Needless to say, I sure hope they don't treat people this way who may have forgotten to pick up meds."
"I would give zero stars if I could. The pharmacist Franklin Rodriguez cannot calculate math correctly and refused to fill my potassium with is vital to my life because we requested it a couple days early. He is rude and does not follow the policies placed by Walgreen’s itself. DO NOT go to this pharmacy until they get rid of this guy."
"This is the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. All walgreens pharmacy have been difficult but this one in particular has been hell. Maria the cashier has been rude to my husband and I every time I call. She's definitely not someone who should have a job in customer service. Also the pharmacist Franklin refused to refill a prescription for Cluster headaches perscribed by my Doctor under my Doctor's care. Then told me my Dr told him the only reason he prescribed it was because i was difficult. That was extreme unprofessional to say. I'm 33 years old and have had this neurological condition since I was 17 years old. I think I know how to use the medication as perscribed. I will no longer be using this pharmacy for the entirety of my life."
