"I was treated terribly by the young man at the counter. He looked at my insurance card and told me it was no good. I don't think he thought that I would call them while I was there to find out what he meant. Long story short, my insurance assured me he was wrong and it turned out he entered my ID number incorrectly. The young man (Brandon) refused to come back to the counter to talk to the insurance agent on the phone and a nice young girl helped me instead. Meanwhile, Brandon danced behind the counter where the pharmacists stand and completely acted like I didn't exist. The poor girl who ended up helping me had no clue what she was helping with but was able to figure out Brandon's mistake. Meanwhile, no manager or any other person working there bothered to see what was going on."
