"I’m a Spokane patient trying to transfer care here, went in yesterday to get a medication bridge because the va was late mailing my refills, Amber told me “ We close in 15 minutes, I can give you a list of er’s and urgent care centers in the area.” I was floored by the obvious laziness and lack of professionalism with this facility and staff. The VA system would be a lot better if they hired people who care about doing good work, especially when it comes to health care."

"After waiting a year Plus to be allowed to access care at this particular VA, then a month for 1st appointment I get called on a Thursday and told my Initial appointment the following Monday will be rescheduled for the Monday after next... Another week plus out. The reschedule is due to Possible weather concerns and clinic possibly closing as result. I asked if it could be rescheduled to This Tuesday and was told 'no', it has to be Monday after next.. I told them that isn't ok. So far, they've keep my appointment for this Monday. Not a great start. :/ FYI the bad weather isn't predicted to come in until Tuesday, or late Monday. Not Monday business hours. Almost seems like someone was planning a 4 day weekend. :/"
