"Katie answered my call and I had gotten the wrong Walmart pharmacy, I went to apologize and click she hung up on me !!"

"I initiated a return for a product I bought and received via curbside pickup, which came in a box that had a hole busted in it, and was itself damaged. The app stated once the return process was initiated, I would be give a label to print to ship back to the store, free of charge. Instead the app then produced a barcode for my phone, and only gave me the option of returning to store in person during a pandemic. So now I either have to lose money and be stuck with a broken and unusable product, or put my health at risk to enter that messy circus of a store, to return it."

"This is one of the BEST places to shop in the area. Typically I don't do shout outs to places like Walmart, because they are so large and everywhere, but there are certainly branch places of Walmart who have excelled and they continue to strive for excellence every day and I believe attention should be brought to such well organized locations. The employees are professional and helpful. The store is laid out in an easy way to find what you are looking for and if you need assistance you have only to ask and someone is right there. I want to say thank you for all the heart work you all do. Keep it up!"

"The Asian pharmacist that works there now saved my mothers life because of catching a mistake in the doctor’s prescription. The doctor prescribed two meds that DO NOT go together and luckily he noticed. I’ve had no problems with this pharmacist getting my birth control and other meds I’ve needed for things."
