"They loudly announce each medication you're picking up for the whole waiting room to hear. There's absolutely no privacy and you can hear everything they're saying. I only do mail order because of this. This past week I went to the pharmacy with my partner. When his medications were announced, a couple started laughing. The people behind the counter have even made comments on the medications themselves, like "I bet you were jonesing to pick this up.". It's a disrespectful way to run a pharmacy."

"Edited: Wait time have gotten tremendously better, though they are still fairly slow with 10-30 minute wait at busy times. The pharmacists cannot do much to help except fill orders, even if they wanted to, so don't expect much service. Original Review: Completely overworked, incredibly slow system designed by Kaiser Permanente. Huge disappointment, and frustrating because that company won't allow you to use other pharmacies. Make sure you enroll and use mail delivery. It isn't worth coming in for a 40-60 minute wait."
