"I never leave bad reviews but.... I'd give a zero if this were an option. I have a major ear and sinus infection with a ruptured ear drum. I was prescribed an antibiotic on a Monday, they said it would be ready Tuesday at 2pm. I called I was on hold, then transfered, and on hold again for about an hour only to be told it wouldn't be until 2pm the next day. This went on until Wednesday night when I was told it was there they just needed to retrieve it from its place and she'd have it ready for pick up the next morning. It wasn't available Thursday morning, they told me 2pm the next day. When I told the pharmacy staff I was told it would be ready in the morning she was angry at me for wanting the meds after i was told they'd be ready. She was rude and short and careless. So, I was SLIGHTLY aggressive with my reply and she said it would be ready in an hour. I transferred my prescription to rite aid and it was ready within 30 mins. Now my ear infection is worse and 2 days into my antibiotics I'm suffering in pain.. because of this huge delay. Rite Aid is my pharmacy now."
"Absolutely the worst customer service and most incompetent pharmacy workers out there. I waited on hold for 45 minutes all for them to pick up every once in awhile to tell me to hold without giving me a second to explain that I had BEEN holding for 45 minutes. All for them to hang up on me. The main reason why I’m calling is because my prescription is never ready even though I receive a text that it is. Rather than waste more gas coming in when it’s not ready until the next day (which happens often) I would like to call to make sure they have their ducks in a row, which they never do. The lack of respect and empathy for their customers was astounding, will be taking my prescriptions elsewhere. I suggest anyone else who reads this does the same."
"Be careful....The girl in the pharmacy is Racial Profiling....she works on Tuesdays...Shes rude and extremely un-professional. Skinny girl with black hair.....She is NOT what this store needs. Mother fell and broke bone in back and mother and Husband were treated with such disrespect it was sickening! Go to Walgreeens or Rite Aid where Customer Service is Exceptional...because she clearly has an issue with White people."
"**Review of Staff - not corporate** I know they're having difficulty with staffing & operational consistency, because corporate doesn't pay enough - but that's not the fault of the employees. The employees are always friendly & helpful. They've gone out of their way for me on 4 separate occasions to a pretty significant degree. Be patient, the pharmacies are squeezing them hard on not enough pay or staff / way too many appointments / not enough training or support, etc. They make not even close to enough to live on in whatcom county (I aksed) while corporate is raking in billions on pharmacy services. any grievances with operations should be taken up with the company, not the people they under-pay. The staff are always really kind."
"Been using the bakerview Fred’s pharmacy for 10 plus years and I’ve never once had an issue with them. They always fill scripts quickly if needed. They are always friendly. I have been to other pharmacies just once and had more issues in one experience than 10 years going here."
