"Was in the process of transferring my meds to Walgreens since Fred Meyers stopped taking my insurance. Usually I pay $0.00 for my meds but in this weird situation I had to pay out of pocket due to my insurance changing their formulary and prior authorization issues. The lady refused to use my Good Rx coupon claiming "you already are getting the Good Rx price" despite telling her it was a limited time coupon I received that was significantly less than what they offered. I ended up having to pay their usual price. Switching to Costco."

"Never have my medicine ready, it’s took forever for them to do the job , disrespectful stuff and no pharmacist consultation"

"Not sure if this is typical pharmacy behavior or if walgreens is just especially bad. Numerous times I have came to pick up my medication after calling to confirm it was ready then told they didn't have it upon arrival. One time I had to come back three times in one day to pick up my meds after waiting longer than their estimated time. Today I went to urgent care cause I havent been able to work for days due to my neck being locked up. The doc prescribed me muscle relaxers which I really needed. I called them and confirmed they received the script and that they had the right one and what time it would be ready. Once I got there they just told me that they don't have the medication at all and that id have to come back in the morning. I had to arrange for so.eone to drive me there to get it cause I can't drive myself right now only for them to tell me that. So so so frustrating!! I could have had it sent somewhere else had they just communicated"

"From a VERY THANKFUL CANADIAN! I want to thank GRACE and the other employees of the WALGREENS PHARMACY on 4090 Meridian Street, Bellingham, from my heart for helping me on May 9, 2021 getting a very necessary Covid 19 test and the results within 2 to 3 hours, so I was able to enter my own country again, after basically my own Government of Canada, the day before didn't want to let me enter my own country without giving me a CAN$ 3000.- FINE, because I didn't have the "correct and right" Covid test, which ironically was good enough though for Mexico and the USA! We are living in crazy times, my own country, Canada, run by insane elitist fascists, but thankfully the United States of America and Mexico, still operating somewhat sane! On Saturday, May 8 and Sunday, May 9, in total, almost 10 Americans helped me in one way or another, I was on foot, hitch-hiking, with many rides between Bellingham and Lynden and Sumas, etc, including a cop. I also received help from some great young people at the McDonalds in Lynden! You, the people of the United States of America are awesome and caring and sincere, the best neighbours and friends the people of Canada could wish for! Thank you all! :-)"
