"Recently I have called and left an important message for the nurse to please call me with my lab results I got lab work done on Feb. 25th and have not got results I called to let them know my Gmail was not working and I have no patient portal could they please call and they have not.I have been having Kidney issues so I really would like my results"

"Got told they can't help and hung up on when trying to schedule an appointment. Last 5 years and its been harder to call and make an appointment and medication refills. This medical system has lost its ability to care for their patients."

"Big shout out to Nurse Practitioner Nancy Fong. Absolutely amazing experience. Very kind, EXCELLENT bed side manner, compassionate and observant. I felt nervous sharing my concerns after not being in a Drs office for a very long time. I felt heard, I felt seen and I felt respected. Very knowledgeable. I honestly almost cried with relief after I left. Just can't say enough good things about this experience. Hands down, best medical interaction I've ever had!!!!"

"I’m a new patient at this clinic. Been on hormone replacement therapy for 8 years now. Unfortunately many nonprofit clinics lack major care with trans patients. I have been through clinics where the Dr is not well educated and I find myself feeling unsupportive. I tried my best to let this clinic know my concerns leading up to receiving trans related care as I’m new to the Bellingham area and this clinic told me we are the only clinic who provide hormone therapy for trans people. I have no option but to cross my fingers that I get affirming care. Trans patients are frequently left without proper care and communication. We are seen as burdens to most clinics who provide this type of care. I can say that my short experience with this clinic has not been very good. Lack of communication with very easy steps where clinics can easily fix and do better but at times I see as well they do not care so of course change will never happen. I am monitoring very closely how this clinic handles my complaint. Will they hear me out or shun me away when I call out their mistakes that need to be explained, as a patient I demand to be told what is the appropriate protocol for the trans patients at this clinic. 8 years as a trans person in society and I will not allow another nonprofit to ignore my concerns as they are important. For any trans person who is experiencing any downfalls from this clinic I would appreciate you reaching out to me. I am not here to cause drama or degrade this clinic. I am here as a trans person saying PLEASE DO BETTER!!!! Watch the dead naming and lack of communication so when my blood work is detailed back to me I am getting correct information and the person calling me is actually aware of the details in what the call is about. So far my rating is a hard 2 stars. I hope this clinic reads this review and sees it as an opportunity to grow/learn and not ignore me. Sincerely, New patient Samuel Baker"
