"Staff are very easy to reach out to for assistance. My apartment is newly upgraded my favorite feature is the W&D in my unit and also very spacious. Kathy is very helpful with any questions that I have."

"These are the worst apartments ever they show you this nice model view on the computer and that is not what you get when you get there. They are terrible at communication. The apartments look horrible. They tell you they clean the apartment but it’s not clean there’s stains and holes everywhere. They have all these hidden fees is one reason why they don’t try to deposit cause they give you always hidden fees but you don’t find out about it until you get ready to sign the lease. I would not recommend anyone staying at these apartments."

"Southern Pines has potential as a halfway decent apartment complex. However, the management of the complex keeps it from achieving any of it's potential. I've been trying to get a 1 bedroom from them for a week now. So far, I've been told I'll get a call back on 3 different days after putting in an application. Only to finally get a call and make an appointment to fill out paperwork after my application has been approved by the owners of Southern Pines. I showed up at the appointment at 4 pm. I work graveyard and am normally sleeping at this time. So it wasn't easy for me to keep appointment. I showed up as I stated only to find out that the person in the didn't want to stop doing her current paperwork to do my paperwork so that I can move into available 1 bedroom apartment. And was turned away from office until a later date. So owners of Southern Pines, you might wanna look into the type of people that you have running your complex. They seem very lazy and not really wanting to fill available apartments. I thank you to whomever takes the time to reads this review. I now move on to a different apartment complex that may want to fill available apartments."
