"I have honestly never had such a pleasant experience with management & maintenance where I have rented. Management always has something fun going on for the tenants in regards to holidays. It makes it fun and gives a sense of community! They are remodeling the units and outside the building could appear older, but look at the pictures! Inside, they are beautiful! Everything fresh and white. Really nice like quartz counters, all new soft-close cabinets. My unit is huge too! Everyone who comes in wants to live here too! It’s a very quiet building. No rif-raf outside. You get access from inside, it’s a locked building which feels so much more safe. The halls and elevators are kept spotless, the parking lot is always clean. Vanessa and Jessica in the office are just the loveliest girls! So sweet! Always ready to go above and beyond. Seriously!! I am amazed at the excellent customer service!! My (adult) son who lives with me is in awe at how much nicer they are than our last apt. too. He just can’t believe it. It’s sad that managers can treat tenants so mean. But when you have nice ones like Oak Terrace does…it makes all the difference! I recently needed to have maintenance come look at my washer and the first guy who came in was just a peach, then he went to get a second opinion from another guy and he was equally as kind! They explained what was probably going on and their next steps very well. (At my last apt the maintenance was so condescending and rude!) They always say hi in the halls and are just all genuinely nice people. When we moved here-it wasn’t our first area we’d pick, but it has been safe-NO issues-and I don’t see us planning on leaving anytime soon! We really DO love it here in our cozy home! (I NEVER write reviews but always look at them and I wrote this in hopes it helps someone looking for THEIR new home!) You won’t be sorry! You’ll love it here!"

"If I could give a 0, I would! This management team is unprofessional, disrespectful, rude to the residents and at times hostile and threatening! Unacceptable all the way around! My son and I moved in almost 5 months ago and have been harassed every day! SLAMMING DOORS, THROWING TOOLS, YELLING IN HALLWAYS.!! They all need to be fired! I am ashamed I worked for this company!"
