"A very dangerous amount of off leash and aggressive dogs, dog attacks and fights are COMMON. If anything does go SERIOUSLY WRONG, the manager will basically tell you you're wrong about the situation while you're dog is gushing blood and drop the entire matter. Also, incompetent service in every other way possible, any matinence you'll need will be ignored. From broken windows to doors busted off the whole frame, the place is falling apart. Trash everywhere you look, living and litter"
"The manager Karen is really nice...the residents ..not so nice. Most of the people here anyway. If you keep to yourself you will be fine"

"Karen the manager favors others. she a slum lord and loud music drug deal swat team always there if you need something fix make sure to wait yr cuz it ant getting fix .Karen favors Taylor.heather.stefan .and Karen tell them everything even if it's not about you and if you complain on those people I just listed then Karen well go to the a day everything that you turn them in to them .Karen is a scamer a lier.there is drug e felons low life who live there and could care less about you.even if it's 10.12. Or 2 o'clock in the morning it's loud music people screaming yelling making drug deals the parking lot has needles a lot of time if you tell the manger she want to nothing about it.it like Jerry Springer show everyday you don't need cable just set out side and watch.also my dog almost got attacked and Taylor Stefan and Taylor dad hit me at night cuz I yelled at them about my dog get almost attack by there pitbull.also drug deals in front of your kids when you try to put them in the car .also lot of the kids over there saying the n word and call them the b word and stuff .also that got cock roaches.and ants really bad.I've got ptst and I had to put my couch in front of my door and stuff just tell feel safe so if you ask me this apt are not good what so ever it's taking me for ever just to get over the night mares I'm have plus ptsd to realy come down don't movie in there"
"Ghetto ass apartments with ghetto ass people who play loud music all hours of the night and fight. Ive found dirty diapers outside on the ground that layed there for days until i cleaned it up. Walls are so thin I can here my nieghbor lighting a cigarette."
