"Not even they are the most slumlorded managers I've ever met they get ivwr on u and they take ppls money there is black mold all throughout the place and roaches .They just replace your appliance with old ones from another place they are just unprofessional,their maintenance man steals from ppls apartment.the while entire buildings shot be knocked down and rebuild"

"Not sure why all the negative reviews. People must be pissed off because they were evicted. I've lived here 3 years and haven't had any real problems. maintenance can be a little slow to respond but overall it's a great place to live. It has issues like every apartment complex people not getting along, parking in your spot,etc. don't want the issues buy your own house. I'd recommend this place to everyone."

"these are the worst apartments by far the plumbing problems are terrible we have been living with black mold for a year and a half the ceiling leaks brown goop when it is hot and they have a terrible flea problem every summer they can never keep a manager and the rent is definitely to high for what your paying for the owner is a cheap thief and all the maintanace people that have been hired wic there is only one at a time have all been on some type of drug the owner pays these people under the table and when she is faced with tax evasion she turns around and accuses the manager of stealing or she charges everyone with quote on quote over due payments or misc. payments therefore coming up with the money she owes the irs this is not a good place to live or to raise children do not rent from this property unless you want to be broke sick and homeless. I wish I could post pics of the apartments condition noting ever gets fixed but best belive you better have your rent"

"Man, I hate to hear about the conditions. In 1972, this was the crown jewel apartments of Lakewood. I loved this place."
