"Management does nothing about the druggies running around, stolen cars on property etc. Worst management I have ever seen! They don't care about tenants just getting money. And no these photos aren't from around the community. They are literally of what it looks like in the complex and behind 1 of the buildings. Again Management does nothing about it. So nice try saying you have no control over YOUR property"

"Bad place to live. My car was stolen only to find out when I reported it that LPD already had this complex under surveillance for an auto theft ring. We've had 4 different managers in the last two years. That's an average of 6 months each. The complex itself is dirty. Trash everywhere and the trash bins are always over flowing. Some of these tenants have three families living together and everyone parks where they want. The children leave trash and debris all over and the parents don't care. GRE is the property management company and they are a joke. They don't give two squats about the tenants. My neighbor has dinged my car so many times and all management said was claim it against my insurance. Why would I do that? My car is black but with all the dings from my neighbor, it might as well be white lol. Get it together GRE. I foresee a lawsuit in your future."

"My boyfriend lives here and honestly the apartment is made from cheap wood, flooring, and stick on tile for the counter top. The window seals all have mold around them. He contacted the lady in the office and told her she told him to just scrub it with bleach and leave the window cracked. He also had his truck window smashed in and his truck broken into. They took gear he needed for the army from his truck. The neighbors constantly complain and have issues with everyone and the garbage is gone through by homelessness people who hang out in the area. They are horrible apartments for a horrible price."

"I scheduled an appointment to come by to see any of the available units. The lady on the phone asked me to make sure I replied to the confirmation text so they would know if I wouldn’t be showing up. I confirmed I would be showing up and showed up half an hour early. We waited outside the office, and understandably were way too early to the appointment, but had to Uber there and didn’t know if traffic would be terrible on the way. A guy came around, who I assume is maintenance and asked if we we’re waiting for the lady. He said that she had told him she wasn’t going to show up. A courtesy call would have been nice. I wasted paying for Uber there and back all for nothing. You bet I’m not renting from this place, if they’re going to be that unprofessional. I don’t even want to know what they’d do if we had a concern if we lived there or needed something from the office."
