"This was the best pregnancy experience I ever had. First, let me just say the entire office worked with me. My husband was deployed my entire pregnancy, I don't have family down here, or childcare. They let me bring my 2 year old with me to every single appointment , reducing stress I had with that. My dr. Dr Randolph Bourne was amazing from start to finish. Everyone was so attentive during my appointments, would always get back to me in a timely manner, and I knew that they cared. I enjoyed coming here during my pregnancy and would do it again. Thanks to all the staff for making this pregnancy as stress free as possible , especially since my husband was deployed!"

"I’ve been going here for a couple years now, and the receptionists have always been super unwelcoming. They make you feel like they just don’t want you there. It’s specifically the two that have always been there. Today I went in and they were all talking, and immediately stopped when I walked in and got weirdly silent and cold. While I was checking in, two of them were gossiping about a patient’s records?!?! And saying things like “well why is this on MY desk?” I was super offput and felt like I wasn’t wanted there, but they’ve always been very rude so I just tried to ignore it. Today I saw a new nurse practitioner though, and she was not kind at all. I’d ask her a question and she’d just beat around the bush about it, and told me if I had more questions, I could ask the pharmacy. When she went to leave, she just got up and left and just left me in the room by myself without even saying anything. It was super bizarre, like I had wasted her time or she was in a rush. Definitely switching where I go because I’m tired of being treated like I’m unwanted, especially for something so personal."

"I had my 12 week appointment at this location yesterday. When my husband, I and 8 month old arrived I was filling out paperwork and the receptionist told me they don’t allow kids or babies at the office. Not only was this the first time I was hearing about this but my husband and I live in WA alone with no family. We told the receptionist there has to be some sort of exception they can make because my husband wants to be a part of every appointment as our new baby grows. The receptionist said there’s nothing they can do for us and she asked / recommended TWICE that we HIRE a babysitter. We were absolutely appalled. Terrible experience for a expecting mom / family who is 12 weeks pregnant and residents of Edmonds, WA. Either you have single moms who do not have the support of a partner or you have INVOLVED partners and this place turns you away. Shame on the receptionist and team for not helping accommodate families with no additional support. We are now driving almost an hour to downtown Seattle for appointments once a month and to deliver our new baby vs 5 minutes away from our home. Disgusting place, we will never return."

The front desk is fully staffed with a responsive and knowledgeable team. I felt cared for and listened to at every interaction, from FMLA paperwork questions to biopsies and follow-up care.
