"My wife was late for the appointment for less than 15 minutes. All the paperwork was sent in advance and we also waited for more than a months for this appointment. Dr. Hann refused to meet her without any apparent reason other than being late for totally understandable 10-15 minutes in this traffic. She also haven’t told her this in person but rather communicated via email to receptionist. Bottom line from this behavior it seems dr. Hann is too busy with existing patients and can not accommodate new ones. P.S.: When myself visited dr. Hann it took her a while to receive me and she didn’t think to apologize, so those double standards are disappointing."
