"It's a very standard apartment. Minus the usual sound from a main road or people constantly hollering. The office staff has been nice and helpful along with mantinenc helping resolve issues. Yes it may take a bit for them to get to you, but they will."
"If you rent here, there's not enough hot water to fill a bath tub any occasion. The hot water for the shower is timed. Generally speaking it's a nice apartment complex in a nice area."
"UPDATE: I cannot stress this enough. Find somewhere else to live. Another 3 weeks and my blind changers are still in the unknown. I was told by the manager that she emailed billing 3 times and billing told me they never received anything. Was sent by the manager a picture of broken blinds that are clearly not even my apartment. The picture they sent me show that there is a building covering half of the window. My pictures are my blinds 2 days before I gave them the keys (was already moved out) and you can clearly see it’s not the same apartment. There is such a bad miscommunication between them. Or one of them is just lying. Whatever the case maybe, don’t move in unless you want a headache. If I could give zero stars and still right a comment I would. This apartment complex has poor management. Moved out in April and they are trying to charge me for blinds that I paid for before I moved out to replace. Also they will 100% charge you a cleaning fee even if you leave it spotless like I did. They have not answered the billing department about the dispute of the blinds and it’s been almost 2 months. Before I moved out I sent them various emails that never got responded too. They are usually never there. I recommend finding somewhere else to rent."
"The apartments themselves are old. The neighbors are inconsiderate. There were cars parked for months and didn’t get towed till the asphalt was redone. It is not worth the rent price. You will be better off going down the street to any near by apartments. The water heater we had was new but only produced maybe a 5 minute hot water shower. We had maintenance look at it and they “fixed” it. Still was horrible. Only positive was that when we first moved in the washer and dryer didn’t work so they replaced. But that should have been done before we moved in. They did the bare minimum."
"Arbor pointe charges a 200 deposit but when you move out they will charge a mandatory fee of 120 for a single apartment cleaning, 150 for carpet cleaning, and various other charges totaling about 500. I professionally cleaned in the past and every apartment I’ve ever left has been spotless. They are just trying to steal more money from their residents. I paid on time every time, didn’t cause issues, and barely asked them for any help. I had plumbing issues that were ignored, even after multiple messages, and when I moved in my apartment was too dirty to live in. The heat didn’t work in one room too. It’s cheap but they really just want to make money and will take advantage in order to do that. I do not recommend at all. If you do live there, don’t ever clean and leave it as filthy as you can without damages so you get your money’s worth. :) Edit: I contacted the cleaner on the invoice, he said they clean the apartment after they come in and work on it so really you are paying for their mess! :) don’t ever recommend a company that operates that way, and I’ve been renting off and on for 10 years. They are just finding new ways to take advantage of you."
