"I've only been here a few days but feel comfortable with the building, secure entries, video surveillance, lighting, etc. I am also fairly pleased with my apartment layout. It is an ADA compliant apartment made to accommodate wheelchair/handicapped residents. Lots of easy access cabinetry, extra closet space, accommodating appliances, high ceilings for more spacious feel, and long length windows for more natural light. Many extras for energy efficiency. So far it's great! Very pleased."
"I am on the list to get an apartment here, the box on the outside of the front door still hasn't been fixed. If you know anyone that lives here, you will more than likely have to txt, msg, or call their cell to get them to let you in."
"The application process is extensive to help protect the residents and verify eligibility. Once approved, with the help of management and Housing Authority, the place feels like home from day 1. New appliances, wood vinyl flooring, and energy efficient lighting and water help contribute to the community. Access is limited to those residents with a fob and their guests only and is a safe place for families to enjoy living."
