"Hope this helps out of town travelers. Probably the absolute worst hotel experience we have ever had! This hotel looks incredible on their website, so we figured it's a no brainer to stay here. Totally wrong decision we called in advance to see if there was a possible early check in and the front desk lady said there wasn't, so i asked her to call us when we could check in and she said ok. Check in time is suppose to be 3:00 p.m. we were waiting for a call to come check in and didn't receive one so we finally just showed up at 3:15 and we were told our room wasn't ready so we waited longer and wanted to back out of our stay but then we would of been charged $50 for cancellation fee...So finally at 5:00 p.m. we got the call that said our room was ready. we asked the supervisor if the room would be discounted and she said NO you already paid and that its a late check in because they were short handed. The supervisor major needs training on how to treat their guest. 2:00 a.m. rolls around and there is a lady across the hall from our room screaming at the top of her lungs at a child for 5 minutes to open the door, we though SWAT showed up! Then she drunkenly-viciously yelled at the child for 5 minutes longer. Come to find out this Hotel is Government assisted temporarily living and we were also told by staff that we were on a problem floor! Also shower is LUKE WARM. highly suggest staying elsewhere if you are not familiar with this area and don't be fooled like we were by the very nice photos!"

"Really good experience for my long term stay for work. Friendliness is so important when away from home and all the staff were superb on this front. I had a window that opened for fresh air , and had view of the nice pine trees. Kitchenette has ample cupboards. Comfy bed, not super high end but I've stayed in 300/night hotels with uncomfortable beds. Laundry on site. Quiet. Honest review here. They never said no to any requests. Thanks for the amazing stay! Also, it is close to i-5 and many restaurants and retail."

"It looks nice, the staff is friendly but between how dirty the room was and how unsafe we felt, my husband and I were pretty anxious the entire time we were staying here for Christmas. Drawers inside the room were full of dirt. Human hair in and on the bed. There was vomit inside and out of the elevator on our return on Saturday night, did not seem like anyone was going to clean it up. Multiple patrons were seemingly on some type of illicit substances/not sober. Tons of dog poop outside property, some of it looked months old. Really disgusting hotel, won’t plan to return, would not feel safe staying myself or with children. Felt kinda bad that I subjected my dog to this place."

"Tricky entryway, but convenient to several solid restaurants and shopping options. There’s a nearby pedestrian/bike trail that creates easy access to Target, or a pleasant walk through the woods. Room was clean and as expected. Missed having an oven, but kitchenette met my needs (bring your own everything except appliances). Onsite self service laundry was convenient. Staff were always polite and helpful (all shifts and positions). Price was affordable and had no problem extending my stay as needed. The grounds and parking lot could probably use more upkeep than originally anticipated. Overall, you could pay a lot more for worse accommodations."
