"Staff were great friendly and helpful. Zach and Mary tried to assist with thermostat problem and offered points for inconvenience and Mary was very friendly and helpful. Location is good if a bit loud by freeway. Rooms on parking lot side are better with less noise. Room thermostate and heat did not really work correctly or was poorly designed. As with most newer cheaply built buildings interior noise from others was easy to hear. People above us sounded like they were running back and forth for 3 hours. Overall this is a good place for a quick stay."

"I want to love this place because they had really lovely guest services staff that were resourceful and attentative, however I cannot. The toilet had a ring, which if cleaned regularly would not happen. Stains on the sofa. Gross things on the curtains. The location is off the freeway so could be great for closeness to venues, however not for sleep. The freeway traffic created a difficult sleep environment. On my particular stay the neighbor room was in and out of their room an immeasurable amount of times between 10pm and 11:30pm, hindering ability to sleep. It was very loud and noticeable in my room. Then they apparently had a dog that started barking in the middle of the night. Of course this led to the guest services staff needing to knock repeatedly and inspect what was going on. I felt bad for the guest services person, and again I could hear everything. The process woke me to alert at 3am and I could not go back to sleep. I may try again sometime, but definitely stay with this experience in mind so that your expectations match the experience."

"Jennifer in the bistro was absolutely amazing. I stayed for 3 nights and went down each night just to see her! Tom also went above and beyond! My teenage daughter and son loved talking to him about skateboarding and he was so helpful if I needed anything at all. What a friendly staff! On top of that the hotel is extremely clean, I have stayed over 75 nights in Marriott hotels this year and this was the cleanest courtyard I have seen. I saw them disinfecting room keys and counters in free time. Made me even more confident in the cleanliness of the hotel! I will definitely be back!"

"Absolutely loved my stay. One of the best hotels I ever stayed at. The staff was super nice and friendly. The bar was phenomenal and the coffee bar was fantastic. Plenty of options on creamers. Entering the room was surprising because there was a personal message waiting for me on my tv screen when I turned it on welcoming me. All I could say was wow."

"My family stayed here for two nights with our baby. I called ahead to ensure that we could have an actual crib and not a pack and play. They said sure. When we arrived, all they had was a pack and play. Pack and plays are basically little playpens lifted off the ground on a metal frame that can easily be felt through a very thin pad on the bottom. They aren't substitutes for cribs. My kid didn't sleep at all. So I didn't sleep at all. And they lobby seemed to have the same John Mayer song playing on repeat. I heard it at least five times during breakfast. And there were no vents in the bathrooms. Other than that, the rooms were clean, the staff was pleasant and my kid enjoyed swimming in the pool."
