"I’ll start with the positive. The breakfast was great with omelets that tasted like real eggs, strawberries and whipped cream… some extras that you don’t usually see. Beyond that, this hotel has changed. I stayed here a year ago and was so impressed with the service, the warm pool, the sparkling hot tub and was so looking forward to coming again. We’ve had family medical emergencies for the last four months so this was a night away we were looking forward to. After checking in we went to enjoy the hot tub. It was dark grey water with hair and who knows what floating on up, the jets didn’t work and the pool was cold. The gal on duty apologized and said there was nothing she could do except tell her manager. At check out, the girl behind the counter never made eye contact with me, when I said we were disappointed the hot tub wasn’t working she said “ I’m sorry, do you want a receipt ?” And that was it. I’ll not be back. The awards they’ve gotten for years certainly aren’t deserved now."

"It is right off the freeway exit 109 so that is very convenient. There isn't much excitement going on in the area, however, anything one might need is within walking distance. The hotel itself is safe and clean and the pool and gym are open 24/7 which is awesome."

"We stay here all the time and have never had one complaint. We love the 24 hour pool and hot tub. Breakfast is pretty good with a nice variety. But this weekend we booked one night and the hot tub was not working. Okay understandable, the ladies at the front desk were very accommodating and even offered a refund for our stay if we chose to check out and stay across the street at their sister hotel. We decided to stay another night even without the hot tub, because of the stress of having to get everything out. I called around 10:00AM the next morning to extend my stay and was told that it was fine and to just to come down and get my keys reactivated. We came down and I provided my credit card and ID and then were told we had to switch rooms because the double queen room was sold out. We would have been fine doing that if that is what we were told in the FIRST PLACE. We have an infant baby, lots of luggage and a service dog for my disabled boyfriend. As you can imagine, having to switch rooms is an extreme hassle especially after being told we could stay in our room and planning for that. After managing a hotel and understanding hotels and their policies. I know that hotels book up fully, purposely. If they over booked a specific “room type” they should have allowed us to stay in our room and accommodated to us the guests already in the room instead of putting us out. We will not stay here again, and I’m extremely disappointed on how this was handled. I asked for a refund upon checking out due to the misinformation I was given. The supervisor, rudely refused to give us our money back. The ladies at the front desk that evening were great, the supervisor on duty in my opinion made the wrong decision because it’s one thing if I’m told we can stay and plan for that then told we can’t and have to now move everything out and leaving more stress on us. I would never treat my guests this way. We are now staying across the street at La Quinta, with a working hot tub, and an amazing associate that accommodated us upon our stress that we just experienced at the Ramada. The la Quinta will be our new place to stay."

"My family stayed there this weekend and were beyond disappointed. The heating system in the pool and hot tub were not working so both were ice cold. We were not informed of this at check in so we went and bought pool stuff for the kids only to find this out when we went to the pool. You can only imagine there disappointment. We had the absolute grossest chair in our room. I cant even imagine someone running this hotel thinks that is acceptable. When entering the elevators you look up to see all sorts of dead bugs in the lights, just so ICKY!!! The fire alarm in our second room kept randomly going off. I did not feel secure what so ever parking my car in the parking lot given the police activity at the hotel and with the very obvious kids of people that liked to hang around this hotel in general. It quite literally gave me anxiety. I have never written a review like this before but i feel i have to warn a family going to stay at this hotel."

"Pretty good bang for your buck. Good breakfast, pool big enough for laps. It wasn't overly clean, it did smell slightly of smoke, and the front desk seemed impatient with my requests, plus someone opened my door late afternoon when I was inside (when I called out, an immediate "sorry! my mistake!" and they left). No idea what happened...anyway, can't quite give a 5, but would stay here again for the value."
