"Nice new apartments."
"- Trash compactor is always broken and overflowing - The cabinets and doors are poorly constructed, frequently breaking and coming un-done - The "Privacy-Gate" is constantly broken - Our mail is constantly being delivered to the wrong address - Parking for a covered spot is 80 DOLLARS A MONTH. A garage is 250 A MONTH. - Definitely not luxury, shoddily made imitation fancy - The front office will scam you and steal money from you when you leave. Good luck getting your deposit back despite getting a professional cleaning done!"
