"I had an appointment for a viewing and felt immediately unwelcome. The lady in the office saved me a lot of time with her demeanor. I believe interviews go both ways and Breckenridge did not impress."

"Came from out of town on two different Saturdays to tour apartments and get information. Website states they are open at 10am, however, both separate attempts the person who is responsible for working at the main office has called out. Not a good look for this business. We have now decided to relocate elsewhere and after our experience and reading other’s reviews, I think we dodged a bullet here!"

"Honestly this complex was great while we lived there but as soon as we moved out we discovered all of the ways my room mates and I were getting conned. The cleaning charges were outrageous and the fees to replace the carpets, simply cleaning them was unacceptable, were ridiculous. Also, be aware, the "pet fee" that they charge isn't a pet deposit. They absolutely won't correct you when you use the term pet deposit but when move out time comes they simply tell you that they charged you a fee at the start and a monthly rent for the ability to have a pet. Finally, they will tell you that it is okay to put holes in the walls of whatever you want because at the end you are going to pay to have the entire apartment repainted whether the wall is damaged or not. I was really happy living there, but realizing how much I have been scammed upon moving out has left a bad taste in my mouth. I wouldn't live here again and would caution anyone considering this complex to stay away."

"If there is a zero star or less I will give it. Worst apartment that I lived in ever. The office team members are rude and unhelpful even the maintenance guys are the worse. I lived there for 9 months. Don't even think about taking back you deposit. The are layer they took from me $800 deposit and also wanna more ! What a bad management?! Please there are many apartments near them and better than them by far. Run from them before they got you! Be safe and chose wisely."

"Parking sucked especially the walk up the hill. The women in the office were rude. The neighbors are obnoxious and dont have any respect for others living in the same unit. Was threatened and followed by another tenant, notified management all they said was sorry not our problem. Both cars were hit by other tenants opening doors and not being cautious. Rent went up at the end of our lease to a ridiculous amount. The maintence people were creepy. I'm so glad I am out of there!"
