"This Apartment has dangerous neighbors. I had to put up a camera to protect myself. This place is pothole city. And to add a cherry on top it's impossible to go anywhere with this construction going on. Don't move here"

"If I could give zero stars I would. This place is a slum. The laundry room is never cleaned and the parking lot is filled with pot holes. Apartments routinely flood from the ceiling and from the plumbing inside the walls. Don’t let these people have your money. They charge too much for the unlivable units they offer."

"Seen a lot of rotten pumpkin's, some on benches by the trash cans, and 1 on the top railing by the staircase. I was surprised to see all the bikes and stuff all over the walkways, and under and next to the stairs and building's. I knew people that lived there in 2011, and no one was allowed to have stuff outside like that, it had to be on their back patios neatly. The some apartment's had Halloween decorations still hanging in them, that wasn't allowed, more then 1 week after the holiday was over. I was wondering if someone else owns the property now, because the owner was really hard on the residents that lived there."

"I would be very careful renting from this place. We have gone through 3 different managers this year alone. The first one wouldn't address anything in a timely manner because she said she was too busy managing three different buildings. The second one talked a lot about fixing things up but she wasn't around long enough to do much. This month, the new manager gave all of us who hadn't paid rent by the 2nd a 14 day notice to vacate. I went to put my check in and the office was empty. So, I left it in the dropbox. Today, I received another 14 day notice. No one has been in the office to collect rent checks, despite us being given a letter clearly stating that we're supposed to pay at the office. We also all received "second notices" about children playing despite not receiving a first notice if any sort. One of my neighbors has also been fighting to get a leak addressed, and when maintenance comes to help her they ask her to diagnose the problem. They are not kid friendly, they take forever to address repairs, and management is so unorganized that I can't seem to even pay my rent. So if you're looking at these reviews and thinking about this place, maybe consider something different."

"I've had a very good experience here at Suncrest. The management has always come through for me whenever I have had an issue. They have always treated me with respect and not like someone they were doing a favor for. I feel very comfortable here. I just renewed my lease (I've done that many times now!). The rental price is agreeable and the radiant heat in my apartment has saved me a lot in heating bills. I'm very centrally located: kid goes to school a few blocks away and I go to school at the local college (approx. 3.1 miles from Suncrest), There's a store on the corner and lucky for me, my bank just moved to the opposite corner. I can walk to just about anything from here. I love the two block walk to farmers market on Wednesdays."
