"Management does well when contacted. They're not located in the complex, but does well responding to emails and calls. O erall the complex is great, no major complaints. The "pet area" needs some love, but mostly because some current residents won't pick up after their dogs. I needed an appliance replaced and they were on it. Overall I think you're safe renting here"
"Since we moved in the community has been under a new property manager and they're really proactive in taking care of the residents and the property. They work to keep the community clean and safe, and they also have added features where you can split your rent payment which I think is nice. I appreciate the communication with the property management and the staff are all nice :)"
"Not scam like the other idiot that reviewed thought, just not that great at managing property. Only been in here for 2 or 3 month and most things are broken, or just poorly done."
"I am convinced that this company is a scam. Do not apply to any listing this company offer on a third party or their website. They do not answering your phone call or respond to your messages. I had to dispute the 40 application fee."
