"My husband and I moved in here in the winter of 2021 and we absolutely love it here! Our stay here was supposed to be temporary but we decided to stay. Management is always doing fun little events that really make this place feel like home. Would definitely recommend this place!"
"Awful. Moved out from having mold in the bathroom and growing mushrooms in our bathroom. It took them months to fix it up until they knew inspection was coming to look into our apartment.. had cold water for months, not a great place for my 1 year old to be! Absolutely disgusting."
"Don't rent. The cost has gone up insanely. The office has no power to help tenants. parking is no longer reserved as stated in rental agreements. Office can not waive a one time late fee for a 5 yr 7 mo renter who has been late 2x (1.5 yr ago) in that time. They are now run by a money hungery corporation and the owners dont care about ppl"
"Worst apartments. They will have your car toad for the simple fact of parking on the street to unload your sick child. I don’t recommend moving here. And if you I recommend you move out. And don’t even get me started about the mold on and inside the walls that they don’t try to fix."
"Lived here for a year now and it's only getting better!! All maintenance personnel are polite and very fast at fulfilling your needs. The new management are doing a great job of cleaning the place up and making it feel more like a home then a run of the mill apartment. Only downside is lots and lots of cars parked up on our hill. I get home from work late some nights have no where to park but it's not the end of the world. Thank Emerald Heights for providing a cozy place for us and our pets to call home :)"
