"I rented a car from a location in Washington and wanted to return the car instead in Astoria. Brent and his team totally helped me with this, with Brent even helping assist me even further when I dropped the car off. He took me back to the location I was staying at, even though they were busy, and offered to help me contact the party I was with since my phone had died (they had left the area). He didn't have to do that but it meant a ton to me! Very kind service!"
