"Super clean, and the location can't be beat. We loved the shared spaces and the kitchen area was fantastic. Fast forward one year. We planned to stay again in 2024 but had to cancel due to a serious medical event. We canceled 3 days before the reservation date so we knew we would forfeit 50% of the reservation cost. One month has passed since we canceled and no refund has been issued, emails unanswered and no way to leave voice-mail as their mailbox is full. While the location is great their customer service is seriously lacking. I'm hoping that this review may prompt The Inn at 515 15th to respond as well as serve as a warning to others that contactless literally means contactless."

"Great find for a place to stay in Astoria! Loved this location for its proximity to the downtown area. Totally walkable to restaurants, breweries, and shopping. Rooms were spotless and comfortable. We had 1 hiccup and after a quick call to the number in our email confirmation it was handled immediately. We will stay here again and will recommend!"

"The room itself is tiny. It didn't bother us, but just wanted to give everyone else a fair warning. They did well with the space, but the door did not fully open because it would hit the bed. The bed itself was firm. The downside was the gap at the head of the bed. The pillows slipped down into it all night long. The shower was nice, and they had large dispensers for soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hand soap. It was also reasonably close to a lot of things to do, and places places to eat. Overall, it was a good stay."

"I like everything about this Inn. There is no staff at the property, you open Inn and your room with a code. Any question I had I sent via message and I got response immediately. Room was specious and clean, very high ceiling. No AC but it was really not needed at all. Little fan is so cute, washroom so nice and clean. Complimentary water is much appreciated. Bed was so amazing, LOVE the bed. Social space useful for having a meal or play games. Location is great. Just few min walking to main street with shops and restaurants. Parking was full but there was few spots on the street to park for free. Really great Inn!"

"Very clean and modern hotel. Plenty of free parking. It's a converted office building but that makes for a fun communal setting. I think there was only one or two other rooms occupied while I was there so it was very quiet. All communal areas were welcoming and clean. Kitchen was stocked with tea, coffee, and hydration packets as well as to-go cups. Microwave and electric kettle as well. Shower was nice and bed comfortable. There didn't seem to be any ventilation in the room which got quite stuffy even with the ceiling and desk fan running. I got my code for the room type I booked but then day of received another email changing my room. Upon arrival I discovered I had been moved to an accessible room, with a roll in shower. When I called to ask to be changed to a regular room, Larry was accommodating even though it meant switching something with "housekeeping" as he told me. I thought that was kind of annoying especially when the hotel was practically empty. I did not book an accessible room and would not have enjoyed that. Self check in and check out was easy. I like the hands off approach. A simple, no nonsense stay."
