Reviews
"This apartment complex is full of mold. You can see the signs in the walls and smell it in the halls and stairwells. Original carpet from 21 years ago. Lousy management. The manager is here 1 day a week from 10-4 pm. We're lucky to see her before 1 pm. Thursdays are appointment only. Expect to wait up to 4 hours for manager to show up. The owner is only interested in getting your rent check to fill up his bank account. Minimal upkeep to the building and the maintainence manager is 3rd rate. This is not a place for senior retirement. RUN FOR THE HILLS! BEWARE! BE WARNED!"
"The manager is not always honest, especially when he gets caught stealing money from tenants on their gas utility bills."
"Management and some residents are very rude. Was visiting from Arizona to see father n law and was not treated very kindly about being there. My car also got broken into and broke my window, smashed my door, and took off with some spendy items. Since then i heard more parkin lot theiving has happened and still nothing has been none to change that."
"This property is church owned. Which means they pay no taxes. The place is filthy, never cleaned and the carpets haven't been shampooed for 15 years. The smell of must and mold can be overwhelming at times. The church only cares about padding their pockets. They Don't care about the needs of their residents, seniors or the disabled."
"Went to pick up an aplication for my 73 year old mother. Was told there was a waiting list. Of course like every other place I've applied for. The manager refused to give an application. Isn't that against the law. Where did equal housing opportunity go? Anyway, lists get short. People find other places or move. Been there done that. But no equal opportunity here. Denied."
