"Cyd, the Community Director, is a very courteous, helpful, and responsive person. She has a busy job, but works hard to make potential residents feel welcome and valued. The property and common areas are clean and well-maintained. It looks like a safe and lovely place to live. !"
"I'm very comfortable in my apartment at Vintage at Mount Vernon. The manager is as accommodating as she is allowed to be. The maintenance men are prompt, efficient, and skilled. It is sad that the thriving, engaged tenant organization was forced to stop and disband. Ten disgruntled people, out of a population of approximately 175 people, complained about the leadership of the organization, and, in consequence, Corporate Office made the decision to require the organization to disband. The complaints were not even valid. Rather, they were based on personal opinion, not fact. Unfortunately, it seems that the Corporate staff did not make the effort to search out the facts, and thereby deprived the entire population of engagement in their community."
"Send in work order and the work order was done same day by Ernie . The toilet seat had not been changed when I moved in it was yellow and the stoppers one was missing very unacceptable since moving in there's been multiple problems but Ernie today received five stars for his prompt ness and caring thank you Ernie thing that I've asked to be done should have been done before I moved in they did not make the apartment livable and I have waited for things to get done. Management is very unapproachable and rude the technician was very kind and Curtis ce man was very nice considerate and friendly. He was very limited because the system in these apartments are outdated. I can now let people in via the intercom but when they dial my apartment number and I pick up the phone I cannot hear them I can only hear a radio come through the phone. So I was told just hit the appropriate number on the phone and let them in I won't know who it is but I keep my apartment locked anyway. So it's 50/50 fixed."
"It is filthy inside. The carpets and walls. The outside has really bad flooding issues every time it rains or the sprinklers go off. It is definitely not as advertised being an active senior community. The majority of the residents have very serious health issues, needing caregivers. They need a lot more services than are provided here. The emergency response teams are constantly being called. It has never been cleaned and sanitized after Covid. We have gone through numerous managers over the last five years."
"Called, Ruben he arrived within 20 min. Only took a minute and my appliance was working again. I was leaving on a week's trip so really appreciated the great service."
